"I am building a house out in veneta and needed a time sensitive survey done quickly. I was given Mr. Hibbs' contact info thru my builder and gave him a call. Not only did he do the survey quickly he did it around my schedule....meeting me onsite going out of his way to answer question, giving his professional opinion and did so within a budget that exceeded my expectations! "Wanted to share with those folks in Douglas County, Oregon. We are in the process of moving and in doing so; we hired Neil Hibbs to do some surveying for us. Specifically, we needed him to issue a NFIP Flood Insurance Elevation Certificate. I can't really explain how fast (and accurate) the work was completed. From our initial call to completion of the field work was about three-days. He also located the property corners (which were extremely hard to find). Time on location was about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Neil for your five star service."
