"Wanted to share with those folks in Douglas County, Oregon. We are in the process of moving and in doing so; we hired Neil Hibbs to do some surveying for us. Specifically, we needed him to issue a NFIP Flood Insurance Elevation Certificate. I can't really explain how fast (and accurate) the work was completed. From our initial call to completion of the field work was about three-days. He also located the property corners (which were extremely hard to find). Time on location was about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Neil for your five star service."

He was timely in response to my initial inquiry and he continued to work to complete the project quickly. Neil is also up on the latest regulations and helps take care of the interaction among agencies. I would not hesitate to recommend Neil for any surveying need."
